Flavors
Chocolate Crispy Rice Treat
Chewy chocolate rice cereal in a vanilla/marshmallow base.
Lemon Lavender
Lavender flowers in a lemon base. Light and refreshing, this ice cream is perfect for summer.
Hearty Breakfast
French toast, bacon, and whiskey. With just a touch of Old Sugar Distillery's Queen Jennie Sorghum Whiskey, it's the ice cream flavor you never knew you needed.
Hot Peanut Butter
Sweet, smooth, a little salty, and a little Sriracha! It's like a Thai dipping sauce, but as an ice cream.
Suggested Recipe: Hot PB & J
1 cup Hot Peanut Butter ice cream
1/4 cup grape vodka
3 ice cubes
2 T milk
Blend everything until smooth, then pour into the coolest glass you own. We know it sounds weird, but trust us, it's dangerously drinkable.
Graham Cracker
Remember how delicious graham crackers dunked in milk were when you were little? It’s like that but so, so, so much better…
Suggested Recipe: Whiskey Graham Cracker Shake
1/2 cup Graham Cracker ice cream
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup milk
1 oz whiskey
Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Of course, you can leave the whiskey out and make an all-ages appropriate shake, if you must.
Brandy Old Fashioned
Wisconsin’s favorite cocktail shows up as one of the best ice creams you will ever taste. Would we lie to you? It’s amazing.
Suggested Recipe: Brandy Garcia
1/2 cup Calliope Old Fashioned Ice Cream
2 T dried cherries
2 T dark chocolate chunks
You know what to do. Put that all in a bowl and eat!
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Cinnamon, chipotle, and chocolate... enough said! Well, maybe a little more -- this ice cream has a rich chocolate flavor that packs a spicy punch.
Suggested Recipe: Wisco Hot Chocolate
1/2 cup Mexican Hot Chocolate
2 T brown butter*
2 T crunchy, smoky bacon
Pretty self-explanatory. Don't be afraid of the bacon -- it adds crunch, smoke, and salt, which are all delightful things.

You will find a gazillion uses for this once you make it, so don't be stingy.
