Currently Available Flavors
We are constantly changing our small-batch flavor selection at the scoop shop and the most up-t0-date information about what we are serving today is available by calling at 608-257-9248, ext. 2 for the Garver Feed Mill location of Ian’s Pizza. But I will try to keep this updated better!!
As of August 23, 2025 the flavors made on-site at Garver Feed Mill are:
Tomato Ice Cream; Strawberry Coffee Ice Cream; Mango Chamoy Sorbet; Negroni Ice Cream.
Next flavors in the case will (maybe) be: Bagels & Lox Ice Cream; Watermelon Cucumber Mint Sorbet; Thai Iced Tea Ice Cream

Common Allergen Information:
All of our ice cream is made with real Wisconsin dairy, so milk is an allergen in all of them. They are also all manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, soy, egg, peanuts and many tree nuts.
